Since LiveZilla version 6.1.X a Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) database can be used to authenticate users.

You can find the general LDAP configuration under:

Server Configuration -> Server -> Authentification

When you successfully configured the LDAP parameters new operators can be registered by using the LDAP:

User Management -> New -> From LDAP

Afterwards LDAP can be activated in the LiveZilla Client:

LiveZilla Client -> Server Profiles -> Advanced -> Authentification
