How can I activate SEO-friendly URLs (mod_rewrite) for my Knowledge Base entries?
In order to optimize the URLs of the entries in your public Knowledge Base/ FAQ under SEO aspects, LiveZilla supports mod_rewrite:
- In the LiveZilla Client please open the Server Configuration and activate the setting under: Knowledge Base -> Seo friendly URLs
- Then you need to rename _htaccess_mod_rewrite to .htaccess in your LiveZilla directory on the web server
- Finally, you can change the ID in each public knowledge database entry
